GERMAN BUSINESS TRAVELERS – ON THE ROAD FOR ONE DAY ONLY

Most of business trips of German employees are one-day only. The most popular hotels among business travelers are four star facilities. Business trips are always more or less stressful for the travelers. However, single-day business trips are viewed among the experts as the most inconvenient for the employees on the road. The German Travel Association (VDR) reported that in Germany the number of one-day business trips (about 53% of trips) has never been so high since 2003. This is one of the results of VDR's recent analysis including interviews with 1500 employees working for major companies. The number of employees going on business trips is steadily decreasing. Four years ago there were more than a third of employees traveling on business trips (35%). This number has decreased to 24% in 2011. It means nevertheless, according to a long term study, that more trips are being distributed among fewer employees. Regarding the accommodation of business travelers, many of them are opting for less luxury. The 5 star hotels in Germany lost approximately 7% of domestic business guests and in 2011 only 3% of them stayed in the most luxurious facilities. The number of business travelers staying in four star hotels on the other hand increased by 10% to 41%. The business leaders are nevertheless more optimistic than last year. The respondents agree that the companies will spend more on accommodation and flights. Rail and car rental companies are however likely to lose. About 80% of business leaders do not expect to spend more for these services, reported Business-travel.de. yen sao hitech review hue tourism vietnam how to weight loss cute girl dac san xu hue how to solve rubik how to tie a tie ky nang ban hang kinh doanh quoc te ngu phap tieng anh de thi dai hoc luan van ngan hang luan van thac sy bao cao thuc tap Quan tri kinh doanh Anh van giao tiep Bao cao thuc tap ke toan Bao cao thuc tap khach san Luan van bao chi Luan van van hoc Luan van sinh hoc Luan van hoa hoc Bao cao thuc tap xay dung Bao cao thuc tap co khi Bao cao thuc tap cong nghe thong tin Bao cao thuc tap nhan su Bao cao thuc tap quan tri kinh doanh

SHARM EL-SHEIKH: PAST AND PRESENT OF TOURISM

Sharm el-Sheikh is a metropolitan area, which strategically overlooks the Straits of Tehran at the far end of the Gulf of Aqaba. It has transformed itself from a fishing coastal town to a vast military naval base for the Egyptian Navy in recent years. The major industry of the city is foreign and domestic tourism. It has a vibrant scenic landscape that includes clear and calm beaches that are popular venues for water sports like snorkeling and diving. Scientific tourism is on the upstream, with a diversity of marine life, coral reefs and thousands of species of fish that abounds its marine waters. The first tourist establishment in the area was created in 1967 when the Israeli's built the town of Opira. The establishment that was built overlooked the Sharm el-Sheikh Maya Bay and the Nesima area. These included the Marina Hotel, a nature field school, diving clubs and the Naama Bay Hotel. Beginning in 1982, the Egyptian government had embarked on projects that were aimed in increasing foreign investments making Sharm el-Sheikh holidays more attractive. These projects were undertaken to speed up the development of the city. Among the measures undertaken, was preserving the city's scenic beauty, by limiting the heights of building structures. The local tourism industry experienced fallout when the city was hit by terroristic bomb attacks in July 2005, that led to the death of around 80 inhabitants including a number of foreign tourists. The immediate outcome was tourist flight out of the country in epic proportion; and booking cancellations in hotels hanging like a death kneel on the industry. The short-run impact was discouraging for tourism. Government programs to woo investors and tourists back were put in place. Measures included – beefing up security and all-out media information campaign. The tourism industry also implemented damage control measures, like slashing on hotel rates to attract tourists. More recently in 2011, Egypt's tourism industry experienced another downtrend in the wake of protest movements and revolution that toppled Hosni Mubarak as president. In 2010, Egypt experienced one of its highest levels of tourism influx of 14.5 million tourists. This made tourism the second largest source of revenue for the government, next to expatriate remittances. The figures were projected to grow in 2011 to 16 million. But in just a matter of days after the revolution, millions of tourists fled out of the country – abandoning hotels and accommodations that included those in the resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh. The incident had devastating effect on the industry that led to business closures and lost jobs. Egypt is a political epicenter and the world watches the hub of activities that goes on with any government transition. However, the quaint city of Sharm el-Sheikh still remains as top destination for any tourist to have. The city has the ambience of being far away from the political turmoil happening in Cairo. The come-ons, aside from the breath-taking scenic spots, are the alluring beaches and gorgeous resorts that are now being offered at rock bottom rates. yen sao hitech review hue tourism vietnam how to weight loss cute girl dac san xu hue how to solve rubik how to tie a tie ky nang ban hang kinh doanh quoc te ngu phap tieng anh de thi dai hoc luan van ngan hang luan van thac sy bao cao thuc tap Quan tri kinh doanh Anh van giao tiep Bao cao thuc tap ke toan Bao cao thuc tap khach san Luan van bao chi Luan van van hoc Luan van sinh hoc Luan van hoa hoc Bao cao thuc tap xay dung Bao cao thuc tap co khi Bao cao thuc tap cong nghe thong tin Bao cao thuc tap nhan su Bao cao thuc tap quan tri kinh doanh

CULINARY TOURISM: FOOD AMONG TOP TRAVELERS’ INTERESTS

Instances of architecture, landscape, museums, hospitality are some aspects of what attracts a tourist at a particular travel destination. In the recent times, we see the growing importance of culinary tourism in the economy of tourist hot spots. Culinary tourism provides the tourists an opportunity to experience the exotic cuisines of a particular place. It is as important for tourists as aspects like accommodation, scenery, climate etc. as the tourists often dine outside. Most of them prefer to sample the local exquisite dishes. It is therefore, a great way to catch the fancy of the visitors. Food is one of the fastest growing interests among travelers according to the International Culinary Tourism Association. The Association offers the following evidence in support of the tremendous growth in the culinary tourism industry: The number of consumer requests received via the Association's website continue to grow and are nearly at their 2008 (pre-Recession) level. The number of consumer-oriented restaurant information websites has grown from less than a dozen in 2003 to 173 today. The number of culinary tour operators around the world has grown from just a handful in 2003 to nearly 150 today. The Association's membership has grown to more than 16,000 food and tourism trade professionals since 2003, when the Association was founded. Culinary tourism definitely comprises of gourmet food but is not limited to it. It aims to provide a memorable experience for the tourists. Of all foodies, only 8% of them are gourmet food enthusiasts. Therefore, they clearly comprise the minority. Culinary tourism is a great way to exchange cultures. To develop the culinary tourism aspect of any destination, a fourfold action plan can be adopted. Parking Spots – A lack of parking spots can discourage tourists and many would drive away even without taking a second glance. To stop that, the local restaurants should provide ample parking space and advertise it too. Providing valet service is also a good strategy. Ground Breaking Ideas – Way of presentation, imagination and novel notions can catch a tourist's attention. Kedonganan - Jimbaran is a fishing village in Bali that has been remodelled as a hot seat of culinary tourism. There are 24 cafes dotting the shores of the village that provide seafood delicacies. Good Relations with the Locals – It would pay real well to treat the locals nicely. Employing them in the restaurants or collaborating with them would help. This would prompt them to redirect tourists to dining places and thus bring in a boom in business. Collaboration with Other Restaurants – It is unwise to regard other restaurants as competition. Instead if many restaurants collaborated with each other to form a chain and entered a business relation, then it would be much more profitable for them. In places like South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, India, Egypt, Myanmar the culinary tourism industry is gaining rapid popularity. It is an extremely viable option for cultural exchange and economic revival of a place. yen sao hitech review hue tourism vietnam how to weight loss cute girl dac san xu hue how to solve rubik how to tie a tie ky nang ban hang kinh doanh quoc te ngu phap tieng anh de thi dai hoc luan van ngan hang luan van thac sy bao cao thuc tap Quan tri kinh doanh Anh van giao tiep Bao cao thuc tap ke toan Bao cao thuc tap khach san Luan van bao chi Luan van van hoc Luan van sinh hoc Luan van hoa hoc Bao cao thuc tap xay dung Bao cao thuc tap co khi Bao cao thuc tap cong nghe thong tin Bao cao thuc tap nhan su Bao cao thuc tap quan tri kinh doanh

What Can I Expect From a Weight Loss Spa?

Weight loss spas are excellent places to lose weight as you are surrounded by people who have very similar goals to yourself and you should, hopefully, feel more motivated to lose weight properly. More, you can expect all the great services that aim to induce pleasure, wellbeing and relaxation while you work on losing weight. There is also the point to be made that properly structured programmes run in these spas, or resorts, which are tailored to your individual needs, thus allowing you to achieve your desired weight loss goals in the most efficient way. In a spa for weight loss you can expect to receive a wide range of 'treatments' from exercise to dieting. Some of the exercising is very traditional fitness techniques, however weight loss spas do often specialise in other techniques such as yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. These help to calm you down; help you relax and find an inner peace. From here you can begin working on some of the bigger issues you have in your life to help you find why you put on weight in the first place and thus try and help reverse that. Weight loss spas generally offer some form of medical doctors, physical therapists, nutrition experts, personal trainers and even acupuncturists and life coaches to help you on every step on the journey. Programmes in weight loss spas these days often use cognitive-behavioural therapy to really help you change your behaviour for good and help you achieve your weight loss goals. Adults aren't the only group of people who can use a spa to lose weight; in fact weight loss spas exist for children too, to help get them in an environment where they will completely want to lose weight and give up those chocolate bars! The weight loss spas for children are much more relaxed and are more geared towards following a healthy lifestyle than any strict dietary or fitness practises. A lot of people get worried when they hear the word 'spa' and immediately associate it with an expensive luxury but this doesn't have to be the case. If these weight loss spas were only advertising to very rich clientele they'd have little business, and so most know to pitch their prices at the right point thus making them affordable to the average person. You should also see the price required as an investment in your future as the extra wellbeing you will feel from losing some weight will most likely outstrip the monetary loss multiple times over. You may well be able to get access to them through your health insurance or on a national health service so it's always worth checking before you book in and pay up. If you ever end up visiting a weight loss spa, do try a weight loss massage and you won't regret it! A massage session is very important from the physical point of view and it also helps your willpower, as you will be more likely to return to a weight loss spa once you enjoy a massage. The thought that you will end the day with a relaxing massage, will help you go trough all the other fitness routines much easier. yen sao hitech review hue tourism vietnam how to weight loss cute girl dac san xu hue how to solve rubik how to tie a tie ky nang ban hang ngu phap tieng anh de thi dai hoc luan van ngan hang luan van thac sy bao cao thuc tap Quan tri kinh doanh Anh van giao tiep Bao cao thuc tap ke toan Bao cao thuc tap khach san Luan van bao chi Luan van van hoc Luan van sinh hoc Luan van hoa hoc Bao cao thuc tap xay dung Bao cao thuc tap co khi Bao cao thuc tap cong nghe thong tin Bao cao thuc tap nhan su Bao cao thuc tap quan tri kinh doanh

A romantic scenery

The ancient lecythidaceae trees by Hoan Kiem lake are shedding their leaves. This year, the trees started to turn yellow very late, not just before or after the Tet holiday as usual. Many visitors have stopped to admire the changing colour of the leaves before green buds burst in the next few days.
